Sumesh Mishra is Chartered Accountant and MBA (Finance) with 18-year experience spread over Financial Services and Real Estate. He started his career with JP Morgan and later joined Brescon Corporate Services in financial services. He has a proven track record of raising over USD 1 Bn investments for public and private companies
He was the Chief Operating Officer of Sunteck Realty Ltd and led Investor Relations, Fund-raising (primary and secondary market deals), Sales, CRM and other initiatives for the company. During his real estate stint he raised funds from international market and renowned global funds in the listed entity space. He has raised Construction / Project finance from all large Private Banks as well as Public sector bank and enjoys a string relationship in the Banking Industry. He has also set up Sales & Distribution platform through channel partners / agents in international markets like Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong and London (UK). He has been instrumental in driving real estate sales of over USD 1 Bn for projects across Mumbai, Pune, Goa and Nagpur.
He is also one of the co-founders of APAC Financial services (Multiples private equity backed company). He runs his own family office for investments in listed / unlisted companies in his individual capacity. He has also co-founded a company for providing Sales and fund-raising related advisory services in the Real Estate Industry
Hiren Tanna is the Independent Director of our Company since August 1, 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Bombay. He was associated with Satish C Dhupelia, a consulting structural and civil engineer from 1990 to 1995. He also has his sole proprietorship under trade name ‘Hiren M Tanna’.
Neha S. Huddar is the Independent Director of our Company since August 1, 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a membership from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She was associated with Thirumalai Chemicals from the year 1983 to 2012 where at the time of leaving she held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the Company. She was also associated with Reliance Industries Limited from the year 2012 to 2019 as the Assistant Vice President – Finance.
Ketu Amit Jain aged 47 is the Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company. She is an undergraduate. She was previously associated with our Company as General Manager – Marketing from November 1, 2022 to November 28, 2023. She was involved in formulation of effective marketing strategies for the Company.
Abhishek Dev aged 46 is the Independent Director of the Company since November 29, 2023. He holds a degree in bachelor of science with first class honours in geology from Patna University. He was associated as a director with Pramerica Mutual Fund (PGIM MF) as Director and Head Product and Channel Sales from the year July, 2008 to August, 2011. He has worked with HSBC Global Asset Management, Singapore Limited as the Executive Director & Head of Wholesale, Southeast Asia from September, 2016 to November, 2020, Trust Asset Management (Private) Limited as Chief Business Officer from December, 2020 till January 2022. He is currently Director of Multi Ark Wealth Private Limited and Epsilon Money Mart Multi Ark Wealth Private Limited.
